Figueroa Brothers, Inc., has specialized in innovative gourmet product development since its successful introduction of Melinda's Original Habanero Pepper Sauce in 1989. Figueroa Brothers, Inc., is owned and operated by Greg P. Figueroa, CEO and David O. Figueroa, Jr., President. Greg and David Figueroa were touted as among the hottest young entrepreneurs by Entrepreneur magazine, and have grown Melinda's into one of the country's top five pepper sauce brands. The brothers were also honored by New Orleans Magazine as two of "1997's People to Watch."

They introduced America to the habanero pepper, and have been a key catalyst in the popularity of this fiery pepper in the U.S. Melinda's was the first habanero pepper sauce available in grocery stores nationwide and continues to rank number one among all other habanero sauces. In addition to Melinda's, Figueroa Bothers, Inc., produces various other popular brands. The Figueroas have also developed a number of other gourmet brands, including private brands for over a hundred companies including the House of Blues, The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Joe's Crab Shack, and New York Burrito.

Our corporate headquarters and primary warehouses are in Dallas, Texas, serving an international network of retailers, discounters and specialty stores. We also run a separate creative services division, Fig Creative Studio, from the north shore of Lake Ponchartrain in Louisiana. Fig Creative Studio offers branding and creative marketing services for Fig Brothers brands and for its clients.
